1. Service purpose
GlowVita Beauty provides a workspace for TikTok content operations and analytics for accounts that have authorized access through TikTok. The service may support permitted content-upload and publishing workflows, public-video organization, and performance reporting.
2. Account authorization
You must authorize access using TikTok's official authorization flow and only for an account you own or are authorized to manage. You control which permissions you grant and may revoke authorization through the applicable TikTok controls or the service's authorization controls.
GlowVita does not ask for, receive, or store your TikTok password, verification code, or other sign-in credential.
3. Content publishing
Where a connected platform permission permits an upload or publishing action, the account owner remains responsible for the content, captions, product claims, rights clearance, legal compliance, and platform-rule compliance. Posting occurs only after the account owner or an authorized operator confirms the publishing action in the service workflow.
4. Analytics and limitations
Video counts and account statistics are based on data returned by the connected platform. GlowVita may calculate engagement rates and changes over time from timestamped snapshots. The service does not guarantee the completeness, availability, timing, or accuracy of third-party platform data.
Unless separately integrated and expressly stated, GlowVita does not represent that it provides completion rate, watch-time, retention, traffic-source breakdown, Shop GMV, orders, payments, refunds, or other metrics not returned by the connected platform.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate TikTok policies, applicable law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, advertising rules, or consumer-protection obligations. You may not attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service and connected-platform requirements evolve. For questions about a TikTok authorization, use the communication channel provided during the authorization or service onboarding process.
